• 18% VAT will be included in the above prices.

The services included in the registration fees mentioned above are as follows;
• For a registration fee, participants will be able to watch the scientific sessions and visit the booth areas..
• A certificate of participation will be given to those who register and attend the sessions..
• Anyone who will attend scientific meetings as speakers and listeners, accompanying people or anyone who wants to participate as a product promoter must register.
• Registration cancellations will be accepted until 05 MAY 2022 at the latest, and only name changes can be made after this date..
• In order for the registrations to be finalized, the payment receipts and the name list must be submitted to the EVENTA Congress and Tourism Organization Secretariat. (ozlems@eventa.com.tr) must be submitted in writing.
• Eventa Congress reserves the right to reflect changes in taxes and fees to prices..
